HOW IT WORKS

- Sessions can be online, in person or a combination of both.

- We start with a discovery call (using Zoom or in-person), and me asking you a series of questions to see where you are at, and where you want to get to.

- From there, I develop a tailored program spanning 3-6 months, which you approve before we continue.

- Coaching sessions include support ad feedback, homework that you complete on your own time, and review of your work along the way. For this, you work from home in your studio or workspace.

- You can choose to complete the coaching sessions with a new body of work that you feel great about, and that matches the vision you have.

My coaching style is not overly rigid, because I believe that life has natural rhythms which I don't push against. That said - we can get stuck in our "stories". With the process I use, we acknowledge whatever is keeping us stuck while integrating it into the process of creativity. We drop the idea of getting things “right”. We continue creating. The time we have together in the sessions is not only about making great art, it's also about learning to use art as a way to move through life. Honest sound bite:

- I don't coach under the pretense of having figured it all out myself. But, I do have about 14 years of experience with breaking through blockages and living a creative life, and I have a lot of practice using very specific techniques to do so.

These include cognitive processes combined with creative techniques (in your field), designed to move you through your blocks. We can do this via Zoom, or in person.

With me as your wingman, I'll help you process and create in a way that serves the larger arc of your life. And, if you want to make art that people love, I'll give you everything I've got as a creative instructor. I'm also here to serve people who just need to be messy because sometimes, life is messy.

You do not have to be an abstract painter to work with me. While that is my own painting style, my coaching process is focused on your creative BLOCKS, in your field of study.

I will be sure that your homework pertains to YOUR field of study, and is applicable to your creative practice. Whatever type of creative you are, I will coach you to become a better version of that.

- I have over 10 years experience as a professional artist, including exhibitions, commissions, private and group classes, retreats and more. I can support people in creativity, business mentorship and claiming their creativity.

Each program is designed to suit my clients unique needs, and prices range from $300 - $1000 USD per month, depending on the package you choose. The minimum amount of time I will work with a client for is 3 months, this is to ensure we gain momentum and that there is continuity in the work we do together. This longevity ensures positive results for all.
