Jungle Sensory Immersion & Abstract Art Workshop

PART 1) We start with a 2-Hour Sensory Jungle Adventure Tour at Natikari Nature Reserve, led by biologist Katja
Begin your immersion by connecting with nature through a sensory jungle tour. Activate all your senses as you walk through lush greenery, hear the sounds of wildlife, and absorb the beauty of the surroundings, igniting your creativity. Our jungle immersion is led by a local biologist in a protected, undisturbed jungle. Katja will use her knowledge of this protected jungle to bring your attention to moments of wonder and beauty, and use her skills in forest bathing to help you sink into the experience. A notebook is provided so that you can sketch or write out anything that moves you.

PART 2) 3-Hour Abstract Art Workshop
After the jungle immersion, dive into the abstract art workshop. Using the sensory experiences from the tour as inspiration, you'll explore abstract techniques to express what you felt in the jungle through colors, textures, and forms. No prior experience required—just an open heart and mind! I will be your art instructor, teaching abstract art techniques that are easy to follow.
